Do I need to build new housing for an LLC?

No. Half a floor of an existing residence hall is enough. No new construction is required for Year 1.

How long does it take to launch an LLC?

With the 4-phase recruitment system starting in January, you can have your first cohort move in by August of the same year.

Do I need to hire new staff to run an LLC?

No new hires are required in Year 1. Existing faculty and staff can serve as mentors and coordinators using the lean-launch model.
